How a solution is built

You buy an outcome. Built from products, metered by usage.

One model runs the whole platform. A Solution is the thing you choose — and every Solution carries a Type. Today there are two: Pipeline and Maintenance. Underneath, each is assembled from billable Products, and you're charged only for the Usage events they emit.

The sellable unit, named source → destination, carrying a Type. Pipeline and Maintenance are the live types today. This is the only tier you pick from; everything below is assembled for you.

The building blocks

Each Solution is composed of one or more Products, classified IaaS (infrastructure) or DaaS (data). These are the atomic, priced parts.

03 · Usage

What you're metered on

Every Product emits Usage events — a match, or a data microtransaction. You pay per event, only for what runs. No bundles.

Beneath each Product sit Features — the reusable actions it performs, shared across products. Features are documented for billing and subscriber agreements but stay out of the way here: you buy outcomes, not internals.

Solution types

Two types today. Built to grow.

Every Solution carries a Type. Today there are two — Pipeline and Maintenance — and the model treats Type as a classifier, not a fixed list, so new types slot in alongside them without reworking anything beneath.

Pipeline Active

A real-time flow from a source to a destination — capture, resolve, and activate in one metered pipeline. Most solutions today are Pipelines, named for where your user is now and where you need them next.

Maintenance Active

An ongoing service that keeps resolved data accurate as it ages — continuously re-verifying and refreshing records. The first is Identity Current, keeping your identity graph fresh as people move, change details, and re-engage.

More types Type is a classifier, not a fixed list — the catalog is growing with new types, added alongside today’s without reworking anything beneath.
