We turn raw user signals into your most strategic asset.
Most businesses have accepted a broken status quo: the majority of their visitors stay anonymous, most callers and shoppers slip away unidentified, and the user data they do collect sits fragmented across disconnected tools. Bituser exists to fix the layer underneath — to make first-party user data something a company genuinely owns, governs, and activates.
Bituser is a modern user data infrastructure platform. We collect signals in real time across web, app, mobile, and connected devices; resolve them into a single, persistent identity through our identity and activity graphs; and activate verified records into any destination — warehouses, analytics, marketing platforms, and AI systems. The result is a closed loop where every cycle of collection, resolution, activation, and measurement makes the next one smarter.
It's built for the people who depend on user data without wanting to manage its plumbing — marketing, growth, product, analytics, data engineering, and AI teams. Control without complexity, performance without lock-in, ownership without compromise.
User data infrastructure, MACH-native.
Bituser is built as real-time, mission-critical infrastructure on MACH principles — microservices, API-first, cloud-native, and headless. Every capability is a modular service that plugs into your existing stack without ripping anything out, and scales independently as your volume grows.
At its core is a deliberate separation of the control plane and the data plane. Teams define policy — privacy rules, consent, schemas, access controls, identity-resolution logic, retention — declaratively, through an API-first layer, without ever touching raw records directly. Engineers configure ingestion and compliance guardrails; product and analytics teams work with governed data; AI teams draw from clean feature stores. Everything stays observable, versioned, and auditable.
The pipeline, in four services
- Ingesting — real-time signal capture at the edge, across web, app, call, and connected devices.
- Graphing — resolution against the User Identity Graph and User Activity Graph into one persistent profile.
- Decisioning — an AI/ML engine that scores and decides in real time, with data microtransactions, choosing the next best action before activation.
- Activating — egress of verified records to any downstream channel, system, or model, at the moment of intent.
Owned, resolved, and governed by design.
Bituser is built on first-party, consented user data — never a black box. Two graphs sit at the center: the User Identity Graph, which links cookies, emails, phones, and postal records into a single profile, and the User Activity Graph, which holds the behavioral history behind each identity. Together they answer who a user is and what they've done, in real time.
Enrichment is privacy-preserving and policy-bound. Through Data as a Service, you can pull exactly the verified record you need — email, phone, address, hash — as an on-demand microtransaction, with the data marketplace layer (Avenir) supplying spot-priced enrichment. Every record carries its consent and provenance, and you retain full ownership throughout.
What sits in the platform
- Identity records — resolved, deduplicated, persistent
- Behavioral and transactional history per identity
- Consent and provenance, attached to every record
- Governed feature stores for analytics and AI
Built and operated by Alchemy Venture Studio.
Bituser isn't a standalone startup — it's a venture conceived, built, and operated by Alchemy Venture Studio. The studio's founding partnership is Bituser's founding team, bringing the strategy, design, and infrastructure experience behind the platform.
Rather than repeat ourselves here, leadership, the studio's broader portfolio, and how Alchemy builds ventures all live on the studio site.

Alchemy Venture Studio builds and operates category-defining ventures from the ground up. Bituser is one of them. Leadership and the founding partnership are profiled on the studio site.
Build the infrastructure layer with us.
We're a small, senior team working on a hard, foundational problem — the layer every data-driven business will eventually depend on. We hire selectively across infrastructure engineering, data, and go-to-market, and we care more about judgment and ownership than résumé.
There are no formal listings posted yet. If you're exceptional and this problem pulls at you, we'd rather hear from you directly than wait for a job description to exist.
A precise, editorial visual system.
Bituser's identity pairs a humanist sans (Hanken Grotesk) with a monospace (IBM Plex Mono) on a warm paper ground, anchored by a deep, confident blue. The monospace isn't decoration — it marks the platform's canonical, machine-meaningful identifiers, so the visual language mirrors the data model itself.
One model, from solution to meter.
Everything on the platform is organized by a single hierarchy: a Solution is the outcome you buy, composed of Products, which contain Features, which emit Usage. The same canonical identifiers label a capability on the website, on the rate card, on a monthly statement, and in your subscriber agreement — so a thing is named once and means the same everywhere.
Field notes on user data infrastructure.
We write for the technical and marketing leaders building on first-party data — on identity resolution, activation, the closed-loop model, privacy-by-design, and where the consumer-intelligence stack is heading. Practical, opinionated, and free of fluff.
Compliant by design, not as an afterthought.
Handling user data responsibly is the foundation of the platform, not a feature bolted on top. The control-plane / data-plane separation means policy is enforced before data ever moves: consent rules, access controls, retention schedules, and audit trails are defined declaratively and applied at the edge.
