Ingesting, graphing, and decisioning your user data is included — capture and resolve as much as you like. You're metered on one thing only: egress. When a resolved record activates to a destination, that's the call you pay for.
Every attempt runs. Only the ones that produce a result are billed. Nothing is charged for a resolution that comes back empty or errors — and Ingesting, Graphing, and Decisioning are always included.
Your monthly charge is whichever is larger — the minimum, or what your metered results come to. Never both. Ingesting, Graphing, and Decisioning are always included.

DaaS resolutions are delivered today as Features inside the IaaS Product you select. Platform-level ProductIDs exist and are not separately selectable.

Three metered lines in the standard case — the UAIID → Hash Email leg (UsageID 602) is billed, not dropped. Analytics activates on the hashed identity alone: one leg, still fully productive. The floor is applied at the account level below, not here. Figures illustrative.
Set your entry volume and a rate for each resolution leg, toggle the solutions you'd run, and see an illustrative monthly charge. You pay your metered usage each month, with a $1,000 minimum — the floor graphic shows which one applies. Run a second destination on the same traffic and watch it add an activation without adding a second resolution. Ingesting, Graphing, and Decisioning add nothing.
